Half a pound less than a wanted. Really need to get my weekends in check.
I am aiming to get at least 60 minutes of exercise in today. We have a birthday party., so I know the calories will be high today:( Hopefully I will behave!
Yeah!!! Got my 60 minutes in! Did a jog/walk and burned 624 calories!!!!

Did not have a good day yesterday:( Stayed well within my points but did not get on the treadmill after work. Back was sore and thought better of it. I did wake up at 4:00 and do my C25K program today and walked an additional 30 minutes.
Little nervous about weigh in tonight. I did not do bad during the week but sort of blew it last weekend. This weekend I want to try to stay within my WW points. Will probably use most of my flex points since I tend not to use them during the week.
Keeping fingers cross that I lost at least 2.5 pounds. If not I will have some ground to make up next week with the 4th of July challenge.

Another good day yesterday! Stayed well within my points and did my C25K program. Did not do the additional exercise I wanted to do but I did something. Could not wake up again this morning:( Need to try and get some type of workout in today!
Did have my 1 soda yesterday but I will try to skip it today.

Yesterday went well! Stayed within points and got my exercise in. I actually did the cardio max as planned last night on top of my morning walk! had no energy to do the C25K this morning. 4:00 am was way to early to function today. Need to try to get in the C25K and a walk or power sculpt in tonight. May be difficult with tball practice but will try to committ to do something.
I did have my one soda but I usually allow myself one diet soda a day!
Here's to another good day with day 4 of the challenge!
