Did not do to bad yesterday. Really am not sure if I stayed in the WW range but calorie range looked good. Really need to try and get more healthy snacks in. Did my 30 minutes for the C25K yesterday and also started a new Kickboxing class. I plan on doing the Kickboxing class twice a week.

Did not get my 30 minutes in today. I may take a walk tonight but I may also take the night off. My body is a little sore of Kickboxing last night.

2. no soda: Done!!!!

Challenge 2: Week 2 Day 2: 10 Pounds by Memorial Day

1. Failed - Ate a skinny cow ice cream cone when I got home from Kickboxing. 2.) drank my 8 8oz of water: Done!!! 3.) Cheat Day - n/a maybe Friday or Saturday
4.) 30 minutes of exercise: done!!!!

Challenge 3: 20F/30P/50C

1.) Results for day: 24F/30P/46C - not to bad! 2.) Water: Done!!!! 3.) Snack three time - Crazy busy day did not even eat lunch.

Did not do to bad yesterday. Really am not sure if I stayed in the WW range but calorie range looked good. Although I was a little under 1200 calories. With a potential I missing some tsp of oil in foods think I probably fell in the 1200 to 1300 range. Got a 60 minute walk on the treadmill (436 calories burned.


Did get in 30 minutes of exercise this morning. Did week3day3 of the C25K. Burned 286 calories. Stuck with 30 minutes because I signed up for a kickboxing class. Little nervous but hopefully I will like it. That will get me over 60 minutes for the day.

Challenge 2: Week 2 Day 2: 10 Pounds by Memorial Day

1. Failed - ate 1 cup of smart taste pasta with dinner and also had a low fat cone after dinner. Neeed to work on healthy snacking and eating more veggies 2.) drank my 8 8oz of water: Done!!! 3.) Cheat Day - n/a maybe Saturday
4.) 30 minutes of exercise: done!!!!

Challenge 3: 20F/30P/50C

1.) Results for day: 61F/22P/61C - Not good at all!!! Need better planning to reach goal of 20F/30P/50C., need to find some alternates to a high protein snack. Hard Boiled eggs get a little tiresome after awhile 2.) Water: Done!!!! 3.) Snack three time - Have trouble snacking in between breakfast and lunch. Usually get so busy at work completely forget about snacking. Need to try to change this.

Really behind on my journal. I guess I will not go back and update at this point. Did pretty good the past two days (the weekend is another story). Yesterday I stayed within my WW points. Also got 60 minutes of exercise in. Completed W3D2 or W3D3 (need to double check) of C25K and then finished the final 30 minutes doing a walk/jog. It has been really hard getting back into the morning exercise routine. I think I am almost there now! The past 2 days have not been as excruciating as before. Signed up for Kickboxing for Wednesday night really looking forward to mix up the exercise a little bit. I really hope I like it!


Did get in 60 minutes of exercise today. Walk on the treadmill for 60 minutes doing hills.
