Feeling really motivated to exercise this week. Really want to lose the 30 pounds buy July 4th!

Monday: Started Week 1 of C25K again, then walked an additional 15 minutes for a total time of 45 minutes. Plan on doing it again on Wednesday and Friday.

Tuesday: Did 60 minutes of Hills (Walking)on the Treadmill. Hoping to do Cardio Max when I get home but we will see what happens.

Diet Calendar Entries for 20 April 2010:
