Until a few years ago, I wasn't "skinny" but I was comfortable. Since April 2008, I have gaine 50 lbs and feel horrible! I am ready to take charge and lose the weight, gain back some of my energy and self confidence and be able to do fun things with my husband and kids without needing to sit and rest all the time.
