I am a retired postal carrier from Indiana. I have always been an active person until my shoulder was hurt due to work related injury. The doctor took me on complete rest for 8 months - no weight training, no walking even my computer time was limited. That with menopause caused me to gain some unwanted pounds that I am now trying to shed.I have been released by my doctor to return to the gym so I have started walking/jogging again and weight training. however the weight is not leaving like it use to.

the simplest challenge yet.....or is it?
Sounds like a great goal. I have been doing this for a little over a week. Saves paper this way. LOL I find it easier to record my food log because it looks up the cal. count for me. Seeing the food intake next to the exercise count really helps me to exercise more. Plus I can see that some of the foods that I throught were good choices are really not so great.
