I am a retired postal carrier from Indiana. I have always been an active person until my shoulder was hurt due to work related injury. The doctor took me on complete rest for 8 months - no weight training, no walking even my computer time was limited. That with menopause caused me to gain some unwanted pounds that I am now trying to shed.I have been released by my doctor to return to the gym so I have started walking/jogging again and weight training. however the weight is not leaving like it use to.
