It has been a stressful week. I did not feel well at the beginning of the week. Muscles hurt,throat was sore and I did a lot of sleeping and decided not to run at all this week. Just as I was starting to feel better and get back into the swing of things- my one son gets sick and I was up all night with him. I hope things settle down soon and I can get back to running again.I am looking forward to going to the World Championship Dog Agility Show this week. I would love to start showing again, have not shown dogs before only horses. 11 days before my oldest son's wedding!

No enrgery today, had a very hard time sleeping last night. Turned up the heat tonight so hopefully I will be able to sleep tonight ( the rest of the family told me this morning that they were cold last night as well) Spent most of the day curled up under a blanket on the sofa - skipped my morning run and now have all the animals fed and am gooing to take a nice warm bath and turn in.

It has been a very stressful week. Thw wedding is less then 22 days and had a minor few minor problems to clear up with the bride's family. I do believe that she is now upset with me - so me being me I worry and stress over this. The good thing is that when I am stress i don't overeat - I don't eat ( i know that's just as bad.) On a happier note . I had a blast at my 40th class reunion Saturday night!
