Want to start running, but can't???
I love the C25K program. I started it last year at about 190# and as a person that HATED running. I got through week 7 and then my treadmill broke and that was that. Anyhow, I've started back now at around 180# and am in week 2 now. I never thought I'd love running, but I just feel great after doing it.
There will be days where you don't want to do it, but stick with it! The results are definitely worth it! I used the podcasts from runningintoshape.com and that made it better. Good luck with whatever you try!!

I'm not sure how to count this...
I take my 2 year-old son to the playground frequently. However, I don't know how to count this in my activity/exercise. I figure if shopping counts, then following a toddler around a playground, pushing him on the swings, and lifting him onto things for a couple hours should count as something.
Any ideas as to how I should add this to my Exercise Diary? Thanks in advance for any help!
