Hey There!! I am 38 years old and work full time as a Human Resources Manager. I have been married for 7 years, no children just yet but we have furry children..two cats and two dogs. I try to keep fairly active. I work out at the gym approx. 5 days a week and I also play Roller Derby so I have practice 3 times a week. With all the activity I do, I should be alot thinner, however, I don't always eat the right things. I think with the proper calorie tracking and of course, the support of you fine folks, I will be able to reach my goal weight of 110. :-)

Let's face it, losing weight and maintaining it, is a way of life, not just some fad diet or pill. I am all about energy drinks and boosters but I know deep down it is all about being conscious of what you eat and living an active lifestyle. Keep up the good work everyone and thanks again. Very Happy

FOR WOMEN ONLY! -->Brazilian Wax Advice
I have to say for me this was pretty painful and I have a pretty high tolerance for pain. Taking some over the counter pain meds before hand def. helps. Good luck! Smile
