I LOVE FAT SECRET!!
I agree! If I've been maintaining my RDI for a while I can't eat a big meal even on special occasions, my stomach won't hold that much. And when I am bad about tracking my food I gain weight. I love the challenges too because I'm so competitive that I always want to be #1.

Oh, and the 5 pounds was probably a lot of intestinal content Smile
