Looking for some buddies
I've been on Atkins since May 2nd and have lost weight every week. I'm really not feeling it this week and will be afraid to get on the scale on Monday. I haven't cheated even once, but I don't see any changes in my body. I only weigh once a week b/c it would drive me nuts to see daily gains or losses. I started using this site just last Monday. I'm trying to stay on induction still but am getting mighty sick of salads!
