Dukan diet
Hi All who are doing the Dukan diet. My mom is on this diet and is doing really well, I just wanted to know how is the stabilization phase of this diet does it work nicely? Will my mom keep the weight off? I just don't want her to be disappointed when she has worked so hard. Any comments welcome, thanks!

Losing Pregnacy Weight
Hi there, my son just turned 7 weeks, so I am in the same boat as you! Also have a lot to loose. I started weight watchers which I think is really good, I have lost 12kg (not sure what that is in pounds) before I fell pregnant, so I know it works. I find it versatile and easy to follow and allows you the odd 'cheat' here and there. Just go onto the website www.weightwatchers.com and you can see what it's all about. But good luck with losing the weight! And keep your chin up! We will both get our bodies back before we know it Smile
