I AM AN ACCOUNTANT IN THE CITY SO I SPEND ABOUT 4 HOURS A DAY IN THE CAR.

I AM A MOTHER OF 2 WHOM KEEP ME VERY BUSY WITH SPORTS.

I HAVE A WONDERFUL BOYFRIEND WHO IS GREAT AT ENCOURAGING ME BUT CANT SEEM TO GET HIM TO WORK OUT WITH ME LOL

I HAVE A LITTLE OVER 10LS TO LOSE AND I WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE IN MY OWN BODY AGAIN.

I USED TO BE A RUNNER AND MISS BEING TONED, THATS THE MAIN GOAL HERE! I JUST TURNED 30 AND I DONT WANT TO BECOME A FLABBY MIDDLE AGED WOMAN! LOL
