Hey all! I'm J Maureen and I'm 23 years old. Since I started college I have become way less active and ate everything I could get my hands on. I admit, I love food. I love looking at recipes, trying new things, baking, and just eating. This is how my weight gain happened. Now that I'm in graduate school, I feel like I should start acting like a responsible adult and start taking care of my body. I really would love to drop off my excess weight, and learn how to eat better. I also want to become more active like I was in high school.
I am currently following the HCG diet, and so far I have come to find that it is really working for me. However, I do miss certain foods which I am not allowed to have right now. But, it is really helping me understand portion control and smart food choices. I recommend this diet to anyone who struggles to lose weight as I have in the past, and to anyone who totally wants to revamp their eating habits.
