I am a single mom with 2 kids. My days are spent pretty much work, time with kids, and some computer games. My kids are my life. I am starting to see my bad habits go onto my kids, and I don't want them to have the same weight issues that I have. I am an emotional/bored eater and it got worse after I quit smoking. I am ready and willing to start losing this weight! I need to do it not only for me, but my daughters.
