Wow, started back in 2010! I have failed with my diet, like big time. When I first started I had recently quit smoking and gained a bunch of weight. Well when I started I initially weighted over 250. I was doing great losing weight and I had great people as motivation. Then I got into a long term relationship and there were so many problems that I hid from people, that I took solace in food. I gained a LOT back. Long story short, we broke up and a few days later I fell head over heels in love with my high school boyfriend. We are now married and moved across the county to FL where he is a Navy man. He loves me just the way I am, and I love that about him but I am not happy with how I look. Not to mention the Doctor finally laid the hammer on me. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and was told that I need to drop 50 lbs. I am a salt junkie! I'd prefer sunflower seeds over chocolate so this has been hard for me. Not to mention the blood pressure pills are making me retain water like you wouldn't believe! I want to show my girls that you need to be healthy and show my husband how happy I am with myself when I lose the weight.
