Alcoholic drinks with the least points??
Hi everyone, its my hen weekend this weekend....starting from tomorrow, i dont know whats in store for me but Im sure it involves lots a alcohol?
Anyone have any tips on what drinks there are that I could have with less ww points than my usual......lover of sugary alco-pops when Im out.

I would love to be able to saty in shape after the big day as I used to love exercising but sinec we have settled I have got so lazy which is why I decided to join FS to give myself a kick. Its amazing how u think you are not really eating that much in one day, but when you are tracking it you realise....well actually Im eating too much!!
i see you have lost 18lbs so far....well done!!!

Tiredness
I am finding myself so tired these days, which mean when I get home from work I am too lazy and cant get the motivation to get out walking (which I usually love) i think it might be the lack of sugar haha!!Does anyone else feel like this on the diet??

Just wanted to say hi since I'm new here..
Aw I know how u feel, my hubby 2 be is always eating!!He never seems to stop and never puts on a pound. I think thats why i put on the weight in the first place because I seen him eating all the time so I just wanted whatever he was having. I have slipped this last few weeks sitting down and munching on whatever he has, which is why i joined this hoping that the tracking will help me get the pounds off before the big day
