I am a wife and mother of three children - two boys and a girl. I am an employee of the Medical University of South Carolina (join my group!) and attend Western Governors University full-time. I am constantly busy and on the go, so I rarely have time for the gym. In the mean time, I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating right and doing small exercises at home.

Buying a new scale- affordable suggestions?
I also bought the $19.99 digital scale at Wal-Mart. It records pounds and ounces and tracks two weights. It also lets me know how much weight gain/loss there is from weigh-in to weigh-in.
