I started the 5:2 diet about ten days ago - lost 4 lbs. already. I like the fasting days because they make me appreciate every single calorie I consume. Even on my non-fasting days I find I'm eating less. My hope is to lose a total of 12 lbs. My challenge is to exercise more.
