Day 3 of Dukan Diet. Found it slightly difficult at times throughout the day. Mind over matter!!

Keeping on track with my water challenge. Averaging 2-3L per day the past 2 weeks.

Today was a good day. I did not have any real cravings that I could not curb. I drank 2.5L of water. I still have yet to start any type of exercise program. The evenings seem to fly by after work and the mornings are difficult to get up and make myself go out for a walk. Mind over matter.

I am not sure how or why I managed to lose 4.6lbs in the past week. It may be from water consumption and an awareness of what I am eating. I have allowed myself a "treat" if I am craving something and can not get it out of my mind. I keep it limited to what it is I am eating during this cheat time.
I still have yet to begin my Dukan Diet. I do look forward to getting started on it. I have hopes to begin this new diet next week.

Yesterday I drank a full 3 liters of water. So very happy with that accomplishment. I plan on doing the same today as well. Still lacking on the exercising.
