Day 3 of Dukan Diet. Found it slightly difficult at times throughout the day. Mind over matter!!

The first few days are definitely the worst. I had an unhappy stomach around days 2-4, but then it leveled off and it was worth it to see the pounds come off. Good luck and stick with it!!
