I am not sure how or why I managed to lose 4.6lbs in the past week. It may be from water consumption and an awareness of what I am eating. I have allowed myself a "treat" if I am craving something and can not get it out of my mind. I keep it limited to what it is I am eating during this cheat time.
I still have yet to begin my Dukan Diet. I do look forward to getting started on it. I have hopes to begin this new diet next week.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
