The Dukan diet did not work for me. Not sure if it was something I was doing wrong, or just not the right diet for my metabolism.
I have heard through friends of a program called ACE. It is a pill you take daily, drink plenty of water, exercise by walking/running atleast for a mile or 2 daily,eat healthy, and watch portion control. I am giving it a try starting on Wednesday.
My goal is 10lbs in 5 weeks.

Tried this diet while exercising. Did not lose any weight and felt extremely defeated. I am currently paying more attention to portion sizes. Hopeful this works this time around. I have friends who are doing the same thing, not exercising, and have had great success in weight loss.

Tried the Dukan Diet. Not sure what happened, but I would lose a pound and then gain it back. Very frustrated. Found it difficult mentally to continue after 4 days of this diets results. I am not sure if working out 4-5 times a week while on this diet had any negative effect. I have not given up hope. I am currently on day 3 of the Arbonne 7 Day Body Cleanse. I have seen weight loss of 2lbs in this short time. I will continue to follow the 2nd Phase of the Dukan Diet and see if there are any results.
I have cut down to 1 diet soda per day (if I even have that), and drink a ton of water. I am also back to drinking a Arbonne Protein Shake once a day as a meal replacement.
