Discovered that getting out of routine on a day off of work threw my eating habits out the window. Lack of preparing ruined my day. So disappointed in myself that I could not log my meals for the day. It wasn't over the top horrible, but it wasn't what I envisioned. I stayed within my calorie goal, however, it was the worst possible foods to eat. Today is a new day.

Day one of this journey. My goal is to improve my food choices, and exercise routine. I have started replacing a meal with the Arbonne Chocolate Protein Shake and it is keeping me full. My weakness will be temptations and will power. I know the end result will be well worth the fight. Also, I have ordered the Dukan Diet book with hopes this knowledge will help me maintain my goal weight.
