I am a lifetime weight watcher member, but haven't been at goal weight for years. I get close, generally for an event like a class reunion, then stop going and gain it back. I have really been focused the last couple of weeks. I am exercising at least 5 times a week, mostly 6-7, doing elliptical 45 minutes most days, and a Zumba class one night a week. I have found that I MUST exercise to lose weight. Diet alone just won't cut it anymore!

Water weight gain
I had Chinese for lunch and Mexican for dinner yesterday and my rings are so tight this morning! Any ideas on how to get rid of this water weight quickly?Question

Hi All
Lifetimer here, who tends to stray and return to WW. I was glad to find it, too! I don't mind paying for the meetings, but have never used etools. This seems to be a great alternative.

Printing out journal/diet
Does anyone know of an easy way to print out daily intake? I'd like to do some tracking of sodium related to weight, and my WW points as well.
