Another nice weight loss day. Kept the calories below 1300, a little weak this morn for the walk, but not too bad. Have bigger breakfast this morn with more carbs, lots of yard work to do today.. Hope back stays well, if so, back to the gym on Monday ..
Over 2 hours walking yesterday. Was nice and foggy and cool for this morn's walk and we followed a new route through the corn fields..

Trying to balance calories with energy levels and dropping the carbs down below 100 yesterday contributed to a nice weight loss this morning and better energy. Gym is still out, back still a little stiff after morning walk, but it is only a matter of a few days till that is possible again. The pushup challenge was silly has had a cost but only temporarily. Walking challenge, controlled diet, and remaining alcohol-free will continue the weight-loss without the gym and will continue to work till I can go back. Weekend ..

Had a bit more carbs yesterday, needed them, was feeling a bit weak. STill not feeling strong, but better than yesterday. Will continue with a few more calories today and just get energy levels back up. Back is better this morn, maybe gym tomorrow.

Weak this morning. Need to keep up the cals a bit and get back some energy. Back is still too stiff to risk gym yet, maybe Friday. So today will be more carbs for breakfast to get some energy. Dark and foggy this morning during the walk..

Another weight loss day, lots of walking. Back is still not good enough for Gym but hopefully soon. Low cals, low carbs remains the path for today..
