Stayed the same which is great considering the recent weight loss. A bit weak this morn, probably also the weight loss. Started our pre-dawn walk through the fields but had to turn around halfway due to rain, love to watch the sun come up over the crops, but not today. Yesterday was tough, managed 75 pushups(knee) yesterday along with 100 crunches, but had Heißhunger throughout the evening, finally gave in and had an extra protein bar and glasses of water. Gym later this morn. Sore shoulders, lack of energy, Ich fühle mich heute ein bisschen faul!. ( Today I feel a bit lazy..) but will hang in there, get to the gym, and follow the diet.. These are the days that try one's ..

The weight seems to be melting off this week. Another great weight loss day. Good exercise and managed to add the 60 pushups in for the hulkup challenge. Expecting to hit a plateau soon, but enjoying the losing while it happens.. Will keep trying to increase exercise and get proper nutrition.. Broke back into the 180's!

Another good weight loss day.. Almost back into the 180's. Joined the Hulk-up Challenge today as well, 5000 pushups in 12 weeks .. Did 15 this morning, till my heart threatened to leave on its own, will do more later.. Should be interesting to see how this develops .. In the meantime, did my pre-dawn hour walk, Gym today after school, and staying on the protein bars for the time being, they seem to be helping.. Time for breakfast, shower, and school.. Got my 60 pushups in, took four times, but it is on..

Back to losing ways .. Good exercise and additional protein bars seems to keep the burning going, know it is not supposed to work that way, but it seems to for me. More of the same to follow today ..
