Good walking yesterday, changed up the diet a bit to see if that would help with the plateau and had a little bigger loss. More calorie rich food on the Sunday menu, but definitely could use a break from 1200 calories for a day.. Closing in on first goal ..

Good Exercise day yesterday, low calories, and dropped a fraction again.. Just inching my way toward goal. Heavy fog this morning during walk, could barely see the road, but back and feeling refreshed. Good fitness level, but not sleeping enough..

Not much to report, low cal, busy day, little exercise due to schedule and stiff lower back. Gym day today, hope for a big loss day soon..

Gym yesterday and retraced the gain from the day before. Appears to be stabilizing for the moment
