This year I will be half way to 100...Surgical menopause 2 yrs ago assisted me in gaining 25 pounds on a body that wasnt used to the word DIET.. It has been an up hill battle but I am finally winning. I work out 5-6 days a week usually before work which mean I have to get up at 3am.But I now have about 12-15 more pounds to go..
