This is much better than I thought it would be considering last week was not a very good week food wise. I only sort of tracked my calories and just generally ate what I thought would be okay. Somehow I still lost 1 lb. Go me!

I've been bad about tracking my food the last few days mostly because I ended up having the stomach flu and it's hard to track what you've thrown up. But it seems to have given me a jump start o weight loss albeit an unhealthy one. I can go back to eating normally now so I'm going to try and be diligent in food tracking!

So I did meal prepping for the rest of the week last night. 5 Lunches and 4 breakfasts! I'm super proud of myself. All super healthy and full of veggies. I'll link the "recipes" below. I did substitute riced cauliflower for brown rice because I wanted to give it a try. I also only did the sweet potato, turkey sausage and scrambled eggs (though I put spinach in the scrambled eggs) recipe for breakfast.
