This is much better than I thought it would be considering last week was not a very good week food wise. I only sort of tracked my calories and just generally ate what I thought would be okay. Somehow I still lost 1 lb. Go me!
231.8 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 101.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
