I've been bad about tracking my food the last few days mostly because I ended up having the stomach flu and it's hard to track what you've thrown up. But it seems to have given me a jump start o weight loss albeit an unhealthy one. I can go back to eating normally now so I'm going to try and be diligent in food tracking!
