Going to New York today to check out an event called the Circle of Sisters, so I know I'm going to do a lot of walking. I just have to steer clear of all of the food vendors that will be around trying to tempt me with their goods. Wish me luck!

I've gotten lax. It's all on me, I know this. I haven't worked out like I'm suppose to, and since I've loss the weight, I've have foods that I know I shouldn't have. Maintaining is hard. I'm going to go back to my food plan that started this all and work on working out 5 days a week like I use to. No one told me it would be easy. But worth it, absolutely! #stayhealthy

My 10 day smoothie cleanse is over!!!!!! I can't wait till tomorrow to have a great big salad! So I loss a total of 7lbs and I hope I can maintain at this weight. Feeling very good but also relieved. Never thought I would be able to do this let alone reach my goal. #stayhealthy #maintaining
