Going to another family function today. I'm convinced now, my family loves to eat!! LOL So far all I've had was an apple and a protein pack. I'm trying to save up my carbs for when I get there, but I do know I have to eat a little more to sustain myself until then. I already have my plan in my head on what and how much I'm going to eat so I'll be fine.

Well, I knew it was more that likely I would gain this week since I went on a cruise. So I gained a little, no need to panic,it's back to the drawing board and getting back to recording what I eat, exercising, and counting calories. It's a new dawn, it's a new day, and I'm feeling good! Happy Monday everyone :)

Welp, I'm back from our vacation cruise. I couldn't record my food because I didn't have internet. I have to admit that first day, I think I overdid it, but I felt better working out in the gym 3 out of the 4 days we were at sea. Its been 5 days since I weighed in and I have to admit I'm a little worried. I'm going to try to get back on track over the weekend and weigh in bright in early on Monday morning. Wish me luck!

Ok so the real test will be next week. I'm going on a cruise and if you've cruised before, you know the food is simply a nightmare. There is so much food on a cruise, morning, noon, and night and you can have as much as you want any time you want. The kids keep telling me that I'm going to eat a lot. My husband says it's vacation, you're suppose to eat a lot, but I know it's up to me to practice portion control and fill up on fruits and veggies. Wish me luck!
