Last night I ate a few slices of Round Table pizza with my son who wanted to order one. I don't usually eat stuff like this, but I just don't care about cooking or eating much. I always prefer the vegetarian one. I tried some of his chicken half and it was very good. Tonight I am going to try to make something healthy for dinner. My son will be here again tonight which is unusual on the weekends. I never know from evening to evening whether I will be alone or with him. Always nice to have his company even if his tastes aren't very healthy.

Well almost to my original goal, although I'm certain I will bounce back to 147 or 148 in a day or two. It always seems the way. Anyway, I think I'll set a new goal, but not sure what yet. More important to work on toning I think and just let the pounds fall where they may.

My appetite is still poor. It comes and goes. I only eat to keep alive. Once in a while I have an amazing meal, but mostly just for fuel. It's been 8 weeks since my one and only left me, and it hasn't got any easier. In fact it's probably harder right now as reality is really setting in.
