My life has changed substantially in the last months. I don't have the appetite I once had, and I have taken up the new sport of road biking, and I absolutely love it. I like to do yoga on a regular basis as well. I've yet to get into weight training the way I know I should. I've reassessed my weight goal, and think I'd like to lose another 10 lbs or so.
I am retired, so I have a lot of things to chose from in my future. I've thought about taking flying lessons which is something I've always wanted to do, or who knows? Maybe even doing some volunteer work in some exotic place like Africa.
My sons are both in the restaurant business (my son is the one with me in the profile photo), so being around great food is very easy for me. Thankfully I don't eat at the restaurants often. I'm not on a diet per say at the moment, but eating around 1000 to 1200 calories a day most of the time.
