I've been so busy this past week or so I sometimes forget or don't have time to eat lunch. My exercise is down a bit, so will try to get back to it today. So danged hot here I hate it. Time for some nice cool fall weather. The good news is I have my Porsche, but now just need to pay the use tax and insurance. Oh, the joy and expense of owning a fancy sports car, lol.

Well, I am finally at my latest goal. I put that "not applicable" in "how closely followed (my diet) because I don't really diet anymore. I suppose I watch what I eat to some degree and try not to overeat, but it's the being alone all the time that makes it possible. So many frozen diet meals I guess <shrug>.
The worst part of all this is now I feel like I'm still not thin enough and am considering another new goal. I haven't been this weight for probably ten years and the body just isn't the same anymore. I remember looking much thinner at this weight 10 years ago, lol. Think I'll try working out more and see what happens.

Well I haven't been very good at logging my food, but since I'm alone much of the time, I eat a lot of lean cuisines for dinner and it seems to be working for weight loss. Today, I went to buy a birthday gift for a friend and ending up clothes shopping. I'd forgotten how wonderful it is to try on jeans when you are thinner. Marshall's didn't have hardly any jeans to pick from so I grabbed one pair and they fit perfectly! Yay! Made my day, and believe me I need some joy right now.
