cleanse?
It may be important to remember that the most important fast is the one between dinner and breakfast. If you've ever had blood work done you know that they ask you fast for 12 hours beforehand to get an accurate reading. If you always eat at night, then your liver is busy turning all that glucose into fat while you sleep, and that goes triple if you have insulin issues.

cleanse?
In the deep past I'd start a regimen with a two or three day juice fast, using mostly things like kale, spinach, ginger, carrots, lemon juice, maybe half an apple or pear tossed in for sweetness. It's a massive dose of concentrated nutrients, great for kickstarting the metabolism, and you'll rid yourself of old cruft you may have hanging around your GI tract. You really can feel the positive effects. You can get a centrifugal juicer for around $40 or so at Kohl's or Wal-mart.

I recently received a Nutribullet as a gift, and it has many of the same benefits, although at a slower pace I think. A huge benefit is that you get to keep all the fiber which helps you feel full, lets you do things like puree nuts and seeds, and it's a lot cheaper because you don't need nearly as many veggies, mushrooms, nuts, seeds and the like to produce it in drinkable quantities.

I fell like I can't stop eating!
I'm prone to this. The easiest way for me to control it is by not eating out and keeping temptations out of the house.

Pizza, Ice Cream, Cake, Cookies and BOOZE
Looking over your diet what really stands out to me is that your sodium intake is about double what's typically recommended by doctors, which probably affects your sodium/potassium electrolyte balance. Associated with that is whether you're getting enough water. It also seems like you're consuming a lot of Splenda, which in one Duke study was observed to cause "extreme" damage to beneficial intestinal bacteria, and was correlated with greater weight gain in rat models.
