I am on the Curves diet and am entering my 6th week tomorrow, this has been the best diet I have ever done in my life! I am anxious to hear how you do, I have about 8 pounds left before I hit my goal and plan to stay on it for another 4 weeks so it will be great if we can share ideas and support each other
