I am a 37 year old gal who looks at fitness magazines and says, "I can do that!" ... um, if I quit my job, had a live in personal trainer, and live in chef! My desire is to get healthy and svelt.

I love to travel. That is probably the biggest passion I have. Second passion, Disney. DH and I try to go at least once a year to Walt Disney World. And we squeeze in a trip to Disneyland or two if we can.

Married to a great guy, who loves me like no other. He cooks for me and that's a huge blessing. He is my workout buddy, and I love him for that. Not many people are willing to get up at 5am to go workout with me. He's reliable, and I can kick him out of the bed if he tries to hit the snooze. lol
