I'm married with two kids. I workout with Kettlebells 3 times a week. I'm very consistent with my workout and I do not like to miss, so if I can't make it to the gym I workout at home.........NO EXCUSES!!!!

My daughter has the flu and I think I'm coming down with it. Do I suck it up and workout tomorrow or not??

the fat me vs. the thin me
Fat me would eat all the kids Halloween candy before Thanksgiving.....Skinny me just last week through out last years Halloween candy because no one ate it. Fat me hated shopping for clothes....Skinny me still hates shopping for clothes...I still look at clothes and think to myself ( I can't wear that I'm too fat). It's crazy, I went from a size 20 to a size 4, but when I look in the mirror I still see the fat girl!!
