Same as. Cycled to the gym & had a great weight / cardio session. Strength, stamina have gone up another notch. Heart rate has lowered again.
Diet AoK
Legs are now tired as well as my triceps. Will have a rest day tomorrow

Cycle to the gym in heavy rain & had a great weight / cardio session. The trip home on the bike was something else. The highest winds this year & I was on top of a hill. Funny as you like.

A poor weigh-in this week, but half expected. Having no rest day could be the culprit here? Two thing's are for sure, I'm training harder than ever & sticking to my diet without fail, so the weight should be flying off.
Cycled to the gym & had yet another fantastic cardio session.

A nice refreshing damp morning to waken up any sleepy head. Cycled to the gym & had a fantastic weight / cardio session.
I don't know if I'm retaining water, but my weight is bouncing. I will soon see if I'm now over training. Judgement day is tomorrow - weigh-in

The weather is hard rain, high winds & nigh on freezing. So what else could a man who is losing weight & keeping fit do? 6:40am & still pitch black I jumped on my bike & cycled to the gym where I had a fantastic cardio session.
