A poor weigh-in this week, but half expected. Having no rest day could be the culprit here? Two thing's are for sure, I'm training harder than ever & sticking to my diet without fail, so the weight should be flying off.

Cycled to the gym & had yet another fantastic cardio session.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
