What can I say apart from, I cycled to the gym on the coldest day yet & had a fantastic weight /cardio session.
Still a bit miffed of only losing 4.4+lb in a fortnight.

Cycled to the gym & had brilliant, but a hard cardio session on my tired legs.
My weight has slowed for the second week, but my daily training régime has intensified.
Weigh-in:
202.8 lb
lost so far:
83.2 lb
still to go:
34.8 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Cycled to the gym & had yet another fantastic weight / cardio session. Two martial arts trainers were in there & came over to have a chat with me about my weight loss. Both have advised me that my goal weight of 12 stone is far to low for my height & build & the Body Mass Index (BMI) is outdated & inaccurate as is the folk who preach such nonsense. More 'n' more are saying that 14 stone should be the low end.
We shall see though.

Cycled to the gym & started a new class of Gym circuits, brilliant, can't wait for the next class. Went from that class & done about an hour of cardio before cycling home. And 'n' all, 3hrs 28 minutes of training & burnt 3392 calories. That's nearly 1lb of fat.
Heart rate was well up via the training. Feeling good
I will also be starting another new class this Saturday - Body bump

I need to adjust exercise menu cals burnt for Gym circuits. 2000 cals is aprox

Rest day today. Instead I went for a few miles walk before the storm came.
