A nice refreshing damp morning to waken up any sleepy head. Cycled to the gym & had a fantastic weight / cardio session.
I don't know if I'm retaining water, but my weight is bouncing. I will soon see if I'm now over training. Judgement day is tomorrow - weigh-in
