Just turned 34, and my 2 year old is running circles around me. I am a former college athlete who still stays in decent shape; but my eating habits have turned south in the past few years. I have a passion for food, and I actually run a grocery store, which makes the ease of procuring something to eat whenever I feel like it pretty easy. I've joined up in the hopes of keeping a running log of food to keep me disciplined, and making smarter decisions. I hope to make some new "buddies" along the way as well...so say hello!
