Calories and WW points
I eat a diet bar with coffee in AM. Slim fast for lunch plus 4 triscuts & a WW microwave dinner at nite. Add a banana for afternoon snack & a WW dessert in evening. That should equal around 23 pts, I have'nt looked at calories but it should be approaching your goal. I'm going to check my record & see the calorie count for today.
