I had great success with Adkins several years ago and somehow (when I wasn't paying attention...LOL) I managed to add 30 pounds on over the past couple of years. Those decade milestones really do change how your body responds!!! I'm having another one of those milestone birthdays soon and refuse to approach it unless I am in my best shape and feeling good inside and out.

Looking to this forum to assist in my endeavor :)
