I'm a 32yo female. I started out two years ago with almost 40 lbs to lose. Lost about half of it, then gained half of that back. Started back in January with 30lbs to go. I'm working hard this time and hope to lose another 17.4lbs by June 22nd. Even if I don't hit my final goal by my deadline I already look so much better than I did when I started three months ago. I'm not giving up this time!

Maximising your treats...
I totally do this. I currently am allowing myself one Reese's sugar free mini peanut butter cup a night. Somehow I manage to get three bites out of one of those minis!

Fried Egg vs. Hard Boiled Sodium Content
Can anyone explain to me why a fried egg (without adding fat) would come up with more than double the sodium content than two hard boiled eggs? If I don't add anything to my fried eggs, shouldn't they be the same? Confused

Calculate Calories on Homemade Beef Jerky
I'm going to try making my own beef jerky. I've been using it to boost my protein but the store bought stuff is full of sodium and expensive. My question is does anyone know how I would go about calculating the nutrition on something like this? I want to be able to count I like I do all my other food.

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
I'm doing her Body Revolution and revolution is the word. I've found muscles I didn't even know I had. Only problem I have had is that she integrates quite a bit of jumping and apparently I have a week right ankle. Had to modify a lot of the exercises while I healed and I still struggle with ankle pain sometimes after the video.
