I've been at a plateau for months! HELP!
Stop the fruit after breakfast and get in more protein and good fats (ie- extra virgin coconut oil and also olive oil). For me the sugar in fruits usually don't let me lose weight if I eat too much, maybe a big fruit plate for breakfast just to get it out of your system but after that no sweets (yes fruits are sweets, they contain sugars even if it is natural).
Good luck, most of this diet thing is trial and error right?

Tummy bloat
I have the belly problem as well, I am 5ft even. Try pilates, I haven't done it in a while, but when I did it seemed to really help with trimming my belly and also my thighs. Good luck Smile

Low Carb breakfast Help
Try looking at the revolutionary roll recipe on youtube, I haven't tried it yet but it looks yummy and I read you can cook ahead of time and they keep well in an airtight container.
I alternate poached eggs one day, then next day a vanilla protein shake with almond milk and ground flax (very filling, I use an unsweetened plant protein mix from amazon, I think it's called plant life).

crystal light
Try drinking your water really cold, I find if I gulp down room temp water my stomach doesn't like it either. Also, there are stevia droppers with flavor (I got some on amazon) if you add a drop of lemon stevia or valencia orange it tastes almost like juice and doesn't have any carbs or sugar added.

Doctor says NO to Fructose!
If you can eat grains, the moosewood cookbook has a great chickpea and ginger salad I love. There are tons of recipes on epicurious too. Even if you just steam broccoli and then add olive oil and black pepper its great, lots of veggies are simple to make. Just don't overcook them and try to get fresh veggies to cook, not frozen, for the best taste and texture. I only use frozen for stirfry.
