My name is Marcy. I'm trying to do a low-calorie diet since I lost 30 pounds on Atkins! I'm looking for support and buddies. :-)
If you have any advice on how to tone sagging skin, any lotion/oil recommendations, let me know!

I've been at a plateau for months! HELP!
Thanks everyone! With me just exercising and counting calories, my BMR was 1,800. I thought that was WAY too high! I started eating 1,200 calories a day and I didn't like how that made me feel! But 1,200 calories a day and more working out! Got'cha!
Thanks everyone!

I've been at a plateau for months! HELP!
I'm stuck between the range of 195-192 pounds all the time no matter what I eat or how long I workout nowadays. I've been at this plateau for about 2 months now.
Bummer. My calorie intake is 1,000 calories for my lifestyle. 18, not working, not in college, no sports, all sorts of things.
Will working out in the mornings and in the afternoons along with eating 1,000 calories kick this plateau in the behind?
Please give me all the advice you can! Maybe I need to include more foods in my diet?? Veggies perhaps? I eat a
lot
of fruit. Low-calorie diet by the way.

Distressed!
I need 2,400 calories in my diet! I doubt I can eat that much! Just because my stomach isn't used to taking in so much food! If I cut it down to 1,000 calories, would that be healthy? 1,500 tops? No one is perfect, right???
