Well mid forties passed and now late forties and recent diagnosis of diabetes. Welcome to this amusement park ride! Just starting this journey and figuring things out along the way. Blood sugar testing A1C and carb counting are now all the rage. Family history of diabetes and I've seen how destructive this can be if not treated and taken care of so to use a phrase "shit just got real" I welcome anyone who would like to journey with me

how do I fix an entry on my exercise diary???
Go to the entry and on the left drop down where it says "add" just change that to "reduce" by the amount that you need to correct. For example if you added an hour and it was half an hour just reduce it by thirty minutes If you need to delete an entry just reduce it by the amount that you entered. Hope this helpsSmile

Veg Prep
I'm with you on the menu planning. I find that the weeks when I spend some time planning and shopping on Sunday are so much less stressful and better overall for the diet. It's almost a relief to know what's for dinner and actually have the ingredients on hand. It's also easier that there are healty and acceptable snack items on hand as well since that is generally an issue for me I like to snack
