Mid 40's creeped up on me and now my cholesterol has creeped up as well. Main goals are to lose weight and bring cholesterol down without medication. Focusing mainly on the glycemiic index diet to accomplish these gooals.
I have an incredible sweet tooth so this is a major challenge.
